2. Account Status and Enforcement

Upskrol maintains a graduated enforcement system based on copyright strikes and policy violations.

3. Copyright Policy

Upskrol respects intellectual property rights. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

4. Prohibited Content

• Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized use of copyrighted material without transformative commentary
• Illegal Content: Child exploitation, terrorism, violence, or any illegal activity
• Hate Speech: Content attacking or discriminating against protected groups
• Harassment: Targeted abuse, bullying, or threats
• Sexual Content: Pornography, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate images
• Spam: Repetitive, misleading, or deceptive content
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another person or entity

5. Content License

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content to Upskrol, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on the Upskrol platform.

6. Account Termination

Upskrol reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Appeal Process

If your account has been warned, suspended, or banned, you may appeal by emailing legal@upskrol.com.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Leeuwarden, Netherlands.
